Aur la Vie Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Aur la Vie! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aur la Vie mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Xian Chiang Co. Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Aur la Vie provides a yearly subscription model, granting access to the Service’s premium features. New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day trial period, allowing you to explore premium features without charge.
Subscription Pricing:
- Base Profile: 2,200 THB per year (after the 7-day trial).
- Additional Profiles: 1,000 THB per year for each added profile, with up to 9 additional profiles allowed.
Automatic Renewal:
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically be charged to ensure uninterrupted access to premium features.
E-Commerce Services (Future)
Aur la Vie plans to introduce e-commerce features, enabling users to purchase products directly through the app. These features will be governed by additional terms and conditions, including policies for shipping, returns, and data collection for order fulfillment.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current account information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is the exclusive property of Xian Chiang Co. Ltd. The Aur la Vie name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Aur la Vie. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party.
Refunds and Returns
- Digital Subscriptions: A 7-day trial period is available for new users. Once the subscription fee is charged, no refunds are provided.
- Physical Products (Future): A 30-day return policy will apply for faulty or malfunctioning products, subject to the terms that will accompany future e-commerce features.
Limitation of Liability
Aur la Vie, operated by Xian Chiang Co. Ltd., is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Thailand.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
